Biography
Chou-Feng Tsui is the Director and Artistic Director of Lanling Ballet (Tainan City Ballet). She holds a Master’s degree in Arts Management from National Sun Yat-sen University and a Bachelor’s degree in Dance from Chinese Culture University. Renowned for her rigorous and world-class pedagogical background, Director Tsui is fully certified in the prestigious Russian Vaganova and Bolshoi systems. Over her decades of leadership, she has been a driving force in elevating dance education, cultivating local talent, and connecting Tainan’s ballet community to global stages. Furthering Tsui’s commitment to artistic excellence, Tsui completed advanced teacher training at the historic Vaganova Academy in St. Petersburg in 2024. This culminated in a certified Ballet Teacher Credential issued directly by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, bringing world-class, authentic ballet training to the company.

Tsung-Ping Huang graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University (USA). Combining her knowledge of psychology with an extensive array of certifications in ballet pedagogy, somatic body conditioning, and rhythmic gymnastics, Teacher Huang offers a highly holistic approach to dance education. From children's grading systems to adult ballet and core stabilization, her teaching integrates precise alignment, artistic expression, and injury prevention to help dancers thrive.

Ya-Chen Hsu graduated from the Department of Dance at the National Taiwan University of Sport. As a core dancer and instructor of Lanling Ballet, Teacher Hsu brings a wealth of international stage experience to her classrooms. Having represented the troupe in major global tours across the United States and Malaysia, her teaching seamlessly bridges performance artistry with technical precision. Fully certified in both classical ballet grading systems and modern somatic training, she is dedicated to cultivating strong technique, artistic refinement, and performance confidence in the next generation of dancers.

Chia-Ping Li graduated from the prestigious 7-Year Unified Program of the Department of Dance at Tainan University of Technology.
