Historical Dance (Character / Ballroom Dance) Historical and court dances play a pivotal role in classical ballet training. This course teaches students to master stage presence, cultivate an elegant and noble demeanor, and adapt to diverse rhythms and tempos. It also enhances the student's ability to interpret and perform varying choreographic styles and dance genres.
Body Code System® Master Stretch A specialized ballet conditioning class using custom training arches (Master Stretch shoes). This course helps dancers re-establish physical balance, improve coordination, and develop the correct muscle activation patterns in the legs.
Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) An innovative body-conditioning program using equipment such as stability balls and resistance bands. This course focuses on building full-body muscle memory, proper core activation, stability, and overall body harmony.
Body Conditioning & Conditioning TrainingA comprehensive physical training program that blends elements of Pilates and gymnastics. This course is designed to comprehensively elevate a dancer’s performance, focusing on muscular endurance, explosive power, flexibility, balance, jumping ability, and core stability.
Youth Contemporary DanceContemporary training expands a ballet dancer's versatility and dynamic body control. This class strengthens deep intrinsic muscles, breath control, emotional expression, and improvisation skills. We provide a complete, systematic contemporary dance education to empower young dancers.
Youth Posture Correction & Alignment Utilizing scientific training methods, this class enhances students' full-body sensory integration, focus, and core stability, while correcting improper movement habits and posture. The studio also partners with a long-term professional chiropractic and physical therapy team to safeguard our students' physical health.
Holistic Mindset & Personal GrowthChildren honing a specialized skill need a strong, mature, stable, and resilient mindset.
